Here is a list of Sam's frequently asked questions. If you can't seem to find the answer to your question, contact us and we are happy to help out!

WHAT ARE DIGITAL SCORES?
Digital Scores are PDF versions of scores that you can immediately download. All scores will be stamped with buyer information including name, email, order number, and number of copies purchased. You may only print and distribute the number of scores you purchase. Please be honest in honoring copyright laws by purchasing the number of scores you need. If you need to make more copies you must purchase additional copies.

​HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL MUSIC?
After you complete your purchase you will be directed to the download page where you will be able to download your scores. This PDF includes a Limited Copy License to legally print the amount of copies for which you paid. Please note that if more copies are needed, you must order the additional amount.

​WHAT IS A LIMITED COPY LICENSE?
A limited copy license allows you to print and distribute only the number of scores you have purchased. Any further distribution, sharing, selling, or tampering with the copyrighted digital score is illegal under U.S. copyright law.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ACCESS MY PDF?
You will have 3 attempts to make your download. After that it will no longer be available. If you have issues downloading your PDF please contact us.

WHAT ARE THE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING COPYRIGHT LAWS?
If you are found to be making illegal copies of copyrighted works, you can face fines of $750 to $30,000 (statutory damages) and if the court finds willfulness, up to $150,000 per copyright infringement. If willful infringement for commercial advantage and private financial gain is proven, fines can increase up to $250,000 and/or 5 years imprisonment or both. I do not wish this on anyone so please be honest and support your independent composer!

HOW CAN I LET THE COMPOSER KNOW OF A PERFORMANCE?
It is highly encouraged (and appreciated!) to notify me of all performances of my works. This way, I can help spread the word through the calendar on my website, share with social media, and possibly attend the performance. Report a performance here.
